Made from high-quality B25 bronze, the 18 inch Masterwork Jazz Master crash is solid pick for jazz drummers in need of a solid all-rounder. Hand-hammered to shape and given a traditional finish, the dark and rich sonic character and washy response of this crash means it could easily double as a sort of hybrid ride. And while this crash can definitely handle more subtle stick work, during heavier passages the higher frequencies really start to come to life, but never get too overbearing.
